Responsible Gaming at bl999

We want every player to enjoy a safe, controlled, and fun experience. Here is everything you need to play smart.

Our Commitment

Playing Responsibly Matters

At bl999, we believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems or escape from stress. Our platform is designed for adults aged 21 and above in Bangladesh who choose to enjoy cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and more as a leisure activity with money they can genuinely afford to spend.

We are committed to providing transparent tools, clear information, and direct human support so that any player — whether they are in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or anywhere else in Bangladesh — can maintain full control over their gambling activity at all times. Responsible gaming is not a fine-print obligation for us; it is a core part of how bl999 operates.

Remember: Gambling is a form of paid entertainment. Never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose, and always treat any winnings as a bonus — not guaranteed income.

Player Tools

Tools We Provide to Keep You in Control

bl999 offers a range of practical tools so you can set your own limits and play at your own pace, safely.

💰 Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately.

⏱️ Time-Out Feature

Take a short break from gambling — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Your account is paused and no deposits or bets can be placed.

🚫 Self-Exclusion

Choose to exclude yourself from bl999 for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Contact support to activate this option right away.

📊 Activity History

Review your full betting and deposit history at any time directly from your account dashboard, so you always know exactly how much you have spent.

🔒 Account Verification

KYC verification confirms your identity and age, helping us keep minors off the platform and protect all players from fraudulent activity.

🛟 24/7 Support

Our support team is available around the clock. If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, reach out — we will help you access the right tools immediately.

21+ Only

Strict 21+ Age Policy

bl999 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. This policy protects young people from the potential harms associated with gambling and is non-negotiable. Every new account undergoes identity and age verification before any real-money activity is permitted.

If you are aware of a minor who has accessed our platform, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so we can investigate and take the appropriate protective action without delay.

Under-21 access is a serious breach: Any account found to be used by a player under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the verified account holder where permitted by our terms.

Know the Signs

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Gambling becomes a problem when it stops being fun and starts causing harm. Watch for these signs in yourself or someone you know:

  • Spending more money than originally planned in a single session
  • Borrowing money from friends or family to fund gambling
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
  • Chasing losses by placing larger bets to try to win back what was lost
  • Neglecting work, family, or personal responsibilities because of gambling
  • Feeling the need to hide or lie about gambling activity to others

Responsible Gaming FAQ

Self-exclusion lets you voluntarily block your own access to bl999 for a fixed period — 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the exclusion period your account is frozen, you cannot deposit or place bets, and marketing communications are stopped. Contact [email protected] to activate self-exclusion at any time.

Yes. The Time-Out feature lets you pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. This is a good option if you simply need a breather without committing to a long-term exclusion. You can find Time-Out in the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings.
